Junmai Daiginjo. The price is 980 yen.
It is labeled "mellow and dry".
Yes, it is good. I tended to think that it tasted like a cheap sake because of its price, but it tastes good as usual. It is a good sake.
It has no particular character, but it has no strange taste, it is clear, elegant and slightly mellow, and it is perfect as a food sake.
Even if it were priced at 1980 yen, I think it would be a good sake that you would not feel like you were losing money.
The quality is amazing since it is at this price.
