I bought a sake from Yamane Sake Brewery in Hanno, Saitama 🍶.
The sake is made by a man who trained at Shinmasa Sake Brewery and uses yeast No. 6 🌾.
It's dry and not very sweet 🙄.
I saw some reviews online that it has a characteristic sweetness, so the dryness may be a feature of this brewing 🤔.
I could feel the sourness, I could feel the new policy 😋.
It was delicious ^_^
Now I'm going to try the nigori sake from Yamane Shuzo 🤭.
