Goddess of Spring Poem was a collaboration between Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery and regional trading company Yamaguchi, and was a slightly sweet light nigori sake with a hint of spring.
Tonight, we enjoyed it with chicken halami with salt sauce and tempura of small shrimps and aosa.
