Kitamura Sake Brewery Alcohol content 15%. Rice: 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Fukui Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Junmai-shu I bought this sake as a souvenir for myself when I visited Tabumine Danzan Shrine in Nara in autumn. The brewer recommended this junmai sake when I told him I prefer dry sake. It was my first time drinking this sake, so I started with it cold. It was truly light and dry! This is the sake of Gohyakumangoku! This is the impression I got from the sake made from Ihyakumangoku. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a little bitterness on the gums of my back teeth. Sake is so delicious!
