I bought this at Daiei in Tanabe, Wakayama.
The price was under 1,000 yen, which is a great cosmetic price.
It is mellow like a Daiginjo, and I think it is as good as Otters.
Anyway, the price is really great 👍 and it is a commoner's way of looking at things.
