パーム農家
Takao Gokan bottle, a souvenir of hiking Mt. Takao on a paid vacation. A traditional sake with a fragrant aroma. It smells great when heated in the sun. It would be delicious heated up in the sun. So I put it back on.
Here it is, heated up to the point of being like a hot sake at a popular bar. This is another aspect of sake culture. It's not the same as the floral fruity sake or the pure sake with lots of umami, but it's a nice, sticky, sweet sake for warming up. This kind of sake is also sukkyanen.
