Hiba Bijin Sake Brewery's classic 🍶, located in the northern part of Hiroshima Prefecture.
The brewery is the result of a merger of nine breweries.
The bottle color gives the impression of a modern fruity sake, but when you sip it, it has a clean, refreshing mouthfeel with a slight sweetness at first, followed by a light spiciness on the palate, making it a little more modern and classic 😁.
