Sakeya Otake's original blend of Wakamizu and Gohyakumangoku
The flavor is like old sake, and I have a bad feeling about it.
But when you put it in your mouth, the aroma is there, but it is not unpleasant.
Rather, it has a good balance of umami and acidity, and is pleasant on the palate, making it easy to drink.
It's not a modern sake and I wouldn't recommend it to everyone, but it's quite tasty!
