I found myself finishing a bottle. I want to remember what it was like!
The aroma is of course pineapple, but thanks to the sparkling, it has a refreshing aroma. Of course it's fizzy, but it doesn't have that carbonated infusion feeling.
The sweetness is predominant, but it's quite refreshing, and it was perfectly fine during the meal. It was perfect with today's hand-rolled sushi.
I don't remember much about the second half of the bottle, but I'm sure I finished it off with a crisp finish!
I had the impression that Cel-24 was a little too sweet, but this sparkling wine is very easy to drink!
