Every year, when I see these cool jackets, I can't resist buying them. And it's delicious, too. I buy them even when the fridge is full.
This year, the aroma is good. It smells like fresh apples. The jacket gives the impression of green apples. It also has a strong gasiness.
After the aroma of rice, there is a crisp sweetness and a refreshing acidity. Perfect for drinking at lunchtime.
In the latter half, umami and bitterness come in a strong way, but the end is strangely beautiful.
This year's nigori sake season is in its final stages. Miyazumi nigori is my personal top choice.
