This year, Akabu's Snow is again excellent. The aroma is quite mild, but has a nice citrusy aroma. The gassiness is so-so.
Gentle sweetness with a sharp acidity. My favorite type.
The acidity continues to the end, and you finish enjoying the bliss.
The sake I chose was a great choice. I think I can forget all about it!
