We received Takeba saved by Kurumata Shuzo from Kazuma Shuzo, which was severely damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake😋.
The aroma is almost imperceptible 🤔The mouthfeel is refreshing like muscat 🍇😊The robust flavor of rice 🌾 spreads on the palate and finishes with a beautiful acidity 😚.
It is a delicious sake that would go well with a meal 🥳There are a lot of reconstruction support sake out there, so I would like to support them by drinking a lot 🫡.
