ペンギンブルーFlew to Hakodate to visit relatives. Wanted to visit a sake brewery. At the sake brewery's paid tasting Junmai Ginjyo (Hi-iri) Aromatic, fruity rice aroma with a hint of sourness. Sweet and fruity like apple or pear. Sweet rice flavor spreads later. The taste of rice lingers in the aftertaste while it fades away cleanly. Delicious. ▼Junmai (hi-iri) Lighter aroma than Junmai Ginjo. The citrus acidity and moderate weight of the rice is delicious. As time goes by, the koji-like flavor expands. It is crisp and slightly spicy. It is deliciously spicy! Looks good with a meal. Very good. ▼Special Junmai Dry (red bottle, fire-ignited) Dry, rice aroma. Slightly more amino acidic than ginjo. Firm and crisp, with a punch. Dry and dry with a delicious rice flavor. It is deliciously spicy. Rape blossom yeast (Nama sake) Smells like grapes. But it is rice. It has a little sourness. Alcohol goes into the nose. Somewhat mellow, like cheese. Strong acidity. Wine-like fruity. After much deliberation, I bought the limited edition Rape Blossom Yeast and Junmai Ginjo because I was planning to give them as gifts to people.
