I got this very precious Shinmasa Last Lapis from my sake master at the beginning of the year!
He said that he could buy it at the regular price at his favorite liquor store in Aizu... He said, "You like Shinsei, don't you? I said I liked it, but is it OK to take it? It's the last!
So, I was thinking of making him sleep tight, but he keeps asking me, "How was it? I'll open it on my birthday! So I will open it on my 47th birthday.
It's like champagne! When I was making a fuss while taking pictures, my wife and son, who usually don't drink, gathered around.
