Classic Sengoku Omachi Hi-iri 2023✨
The rice is 2022 but the BY is 2023 new sake ☺️ I had the classic Kame no O last time and it was very good, so I'm looking forward to this Omachi too 🙌
The aroma is a nice balance of banana and pear flavors, not too loud and not too mature. The attack has a soft sweetness and the pleasant acidity that is the core of Sentori is delicious 😋😋😋😋, but the expression changes drastically in the second half to dry and bitter from the sake yeast. With the lingering aftertaste, you can taste the royal road of sake here 😲😲 The contrast is a fun sake 🍶🍶.
