ボビバレThis was my second sake purchase in the tour. I had hoped to buy an Aki-agari, but they did not have much in stock yet, so I opted for the first Ganki and chose a summer sake that was no longer available (I told them I liked dry sake). (I told him I like dry sake, and he recommended it to me.) It was not light, but rather rich, with a slight mellow feeling, and a good balance of acidity, umami, and spiciness. It is delicious! This is Ganki. It was the kind of sake that made me want to drink other sake as well. I would like to go out to drink it once, not to buy it! LOL!
