WOMToday is the first time in a while to drink at home. Okunoto sake is quite scarce, but it is still available at the supermarket. So here is what I found. Kazuma Sake Brewery is the youngest brewery in Ishikawa Prefecture and is a big brewery in Okunoto, along with Sogen, with aggressive capital investment and work style reforms. It was partially collapsed by the earthquake and flooded by the tsunami, To our surprise, Atago no Matsu and Hakurakusei's Shinzawa Sake Brewery will be bottling the sake from the surviving tanks in Miyagi. For more information, please visit the website of Kazuma Sake Brewery! This sake is brewed with Gohyakumangoku from Noto, yeast collected from seaweed in the sea of Noto, and a focus on terroir. The aroma is sweet, with a nostalgic feeling of rice or candy, perhaps due to the yeast. The taste is sweet and acidic, with a lingering bitterness at the end. I am an amateur, so please forgive me for my impression. The flavor expanded dramatically when it was heated. It has the taste of Noto Toji!

勉強中Good evening, WOM ✨ I saw the article about the Miyagi sake brewery acid going into the area and bottling. I was very moved by the article about how they were cheered up 🥺 It's great to help each other in times of need. It was heartwarming to see how some people are doing evil 😊.

WOMMr. Studying. Thank you. I need to drink more and more alcohol. I have to take care of my health, though. I was reminded of that.
