湘南の漢The last of the New Year's sake is Tazake.
I bought it in September and had been accumulating it in bed for a long time.
I endured wasting space in the fridge and my wife's complaints,
I finally opened the bottle on New Year's Day.
It has a gorgeous sweet aroma typical of junmai ginjo.
The sweetness and acidity come in with a whiff of gas.

Compared to other sake we have had in the past, the sweetness may be a bit stronger.
Still, the balance is superb. Delicious.
