ヒラッチョEchizen cape that I had gotten last month at FURUMAIYA in Atre, Kawasaki Station.
It is a 300ml bottle of Junmai Daiginjo, 50% polished Yamadanishiki.
There is no mention of it on the label, but I think it was labeled as an original FURUMAIYA bottle at the store.
It has a pleasant aroma that comes in cleanly and smoothly, but it also has a calm appearance and a unique acidity that reminds me of the stoicism of a Zen meditation hall of the strict Soto sect in Eiheiji Temple (just my opinion, 😅).

ジャイヴHi Hiraccio, nice to meet you!
Echizenmisaki has many private brand products with local liquor stores, but I didn't know that they even have products with out-of-prefecture liquor stores 💦.
I'll look for it when I'm in the Kanto area ✨.

ヒラッチョGood morning, Gyve 😊.
This "FURUMAIYA" is like a select store in Hokuriku and Shinetsu area, and we may have deep connection with them.
I will learn about Fukui sake.
