The aroma is a clean fruity sweetness of apple. The first sip is sweet and refreshing, like apple cider vinegar. The aroma is fragrant and continues to be elegant and clear.
I think it goes well with light-flavored soup stock rather than strong-flavored food.
It goes well with Fujikko's azuki beans.
It is delicious enough to drink by itself.

Last year it was sold out on New Year's Eve and the store closed in the morning, so I'm glad I was able to buy it this year 😊.
