- Milan HauserHattan Nishiki, polishing rate 60%, SMV +3, acidity 1.5, alcohol content 15.5% Aroma is sweet flowers, maybe some maple syrup. Flavor is rich. It's full-bodied ginjo with lower acidity, balanced sweetness, a lot of pleasant rice flavor and long earthy finish. I like it. Too bad I bought only 300 ml 😐
