The Year of the Rabbit 2023 is just around the corner!
The last sake we chose to open this year was our first ever Mimurosugi😍!
When I found it at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station's Gransta, I was gut-punched 💪.
I opened the bottle slowly to drink the top clear liquid, but it was automatically stirred💦.
The aroma is milky.
Slightly effervescent 🫧 as you can see in the picture when poured into a glass 🫧 the balance between the milky feeling of the lees and the delicious sweet and spicy flavor in the mouth is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!
The wine has a pleasantly creamy, fresh, rummy aroma, with a great deal of grapeiness (Delaware) 😍.
It has a nice sharpness and a clean aftertaste 👍It's light and easy to drink, and it's manachii.
You made the right choice at the end of 2023 🎉.

I would be happy if you could choose Nara sake as your last choice. Of course I drank this sake! I think there are a lot of Nara people who have a problem with "Mimuro-sugi" when they go to a sake shop. I hope to see you again next year.
