熊谷 朋之This is another sake that we received.
I feel that many of the sakes from Nagano are honestly delicious when you take a sip.
I have never had sake from this brewery, so I was looking forward to opening it.
I took a sip, being aware of the acidity of Miyamanishiki.
It is not so sour, but the balance between sweetness and umami is excellent.
Each flavor is slightly stronger than the Murayu Honnou that I uploaded earlier, which is nice because it has a little more impact.
It is also easy to drink, and before I knew it, it was almost gone...(^_^;)

Well, this was my first time to try this brand, and it was as delicious as I expected.
Sake from Shinshu and Nagano is quite delicious~!
