disryIt's been a while since I've been to Tsuchida. Lately, I feel my taste is getting closer to Tsuchida, and I am looking forward to it.
The aroma is lactic acidic and a bit aged. No harshness at all. No gassy feeling.
Sweetness is refreshing. The acidity is strong.
The acidity is short-lived and finishes with umami.
Tsuchida is delicious! I really need to buy more of it. I would be happy if they release another nigori, which was the best last year.
