Nihonshu punk
I am becoming a big fan of Amabuki shuzo in Saga prefecture, every bottle I try i am more and more impressed!
In their Tokubetsu Junmai they polished yamada Nishiki rice down to 60% and by using Begonia flower years this bottle tastes like no other, I usually don't like super dry Nihonshu but this is outstanding!
