Shisora純米吟醸 無濾過原酒 朝顔ラベル
MayukoI didn't notice it when I bought it, but it was labeled "Morning Glory Label", so I took a closer look and saw a morning glory in the word "shi-chu" on the label... 😆.
I heard that this season's Purple Space has been sold out immediately after its release 😊. So they quickly stocked up on Akita Sake Komachi from Akita and added it to the lineup 😆. It is very popular.
I am very happy to see a small sake brewery with 4 brewers doing so well 🥰.
My usual liquor store had several varieties of Murasaki Uchu, but the owner knows my tastes and recommended this one to me.
The moment I drank it, I was enveloped in tenderness. The sweetness comes first, and then it is cut off slowly by a gentle acidity. I like it very much.
I can understand why it sold out immediately. ☺️
