しぇり〜In December, we drink a lot of Shinsei 🙂.
First up is this sake!
Yonotori 🐓.
I haven't seen it lately, but it's #1 in a certain ranking, surpassing Jyushiyo 😲.
There are three series of Shinmasa sake: "No.6", "Colors", and "PRIVATE LAB".
Yonotori is one of the "PRIVATE LAB" series, and it was the first sake released in the series.
This time we will be drinking "Yonotori" Betsuatsurae Jikkumi✨.
It's been a while since I've tasted Yonotori, let's see what it tastes like...
The aroma of oak barrels is pleasant at first, followed by the rich sweetness and moderate acidity typical of kijo sake.
It is indeed the sweetest and most delicious type of sake from Shinmasa Shuzo. Like mango... like plum wine... 🙄.
Not to be outdone by this sweetness, I prepared sea urchin jellyfish as a side dish.
The sea urchin jelly is also delicious!
The alcohol content is low at 13 degrees and before you know it, it's gone 😱.

I couldn't tell the difference from the regular one, but I feel like I drank a good sake 🙂.

We also won the lottery and received a direct order about 6 months ago🤗We don't like too much sweetness, but this one, as you wrote, has a nice acidity and is delicious 😋.

I don't know why I can get Yonotori so easily. Thanks to the liquor store, though. But I can't drink Tenfrog or Nirvana Kame easily 😅Yonotori is a sake I want to drink at least once, and I'd prefer to drink Naokumi anyway!
