After a long night of Go Around Osaka, I woke up late at a hotel in Shinsaibashi 🐰.
I went to Niigata, which was recommended by Rafa and Umaïsan 🎶.
And my first ✨Midorikawa✨!
I've been wanting to try this sake since I saw it in a book💕.
I didn't realize how popular it was for a plain Junmai sake.
Uitatekou has a gentle rice aroma.
The sweetness of the rice spreads gently and elegantly in the mouth 😍.
It's not outstanding in any way, it's like a spring breeze caressing a meadow ✨.
I think I could drink it endlessly if I made it a food sake 🙂.
