Japanese Sake and Cuisine at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City.
The 7th glass was OCEAN99 Gin by Kangiku Meizo.
Ordered a bottle of KAI -Departure-. Slightly gassy, sweet and bitter.
It is a sweet and bitter sake with a slightly gaseous taste. Fresh and easy to drink.
Fresh and easy to drink. It was delicious with conger eel tempura.
I enjoyed it with eel tempura.
