＜Refreshing, gentle, refreshing acidity of citrus fruits
The aroma is refreshing with a hint of citrus acidity.
The mouthfeel is slightly tangy and acidic. Grapefruit-like acidity and moderate sweetness. The acidity is clear, but it is gentle and refreshing without being piercing. After that, the sweetness spreads softly, but the umami hardly comes out. The bitterness of the grapefruit is slightly present in the back of the bottle.
It is an acid-specific type of wine. However, the acidity is refreshing, like gentle spring sunlight. Could it be white malted rice?
If you compare it to Ghibli, it is like Hal, the main character of "The Cat Returns". A laid-back & refreshing girl.
