This sake was given to us at the end of last year, and they still had another bottle!
Compared to Yamama, it was a little drier and a little less dry.
We enjoyed the first Fukurokuju of the year with the acidity of the sushi and a glass of nigorizake!

This is a seasonal sake released every December. It is a raw cloudy sake made by roughly straining the unrefined sake before pressing and bottling it without any heat treatment.
