I'm very happy, but I was a little nervous when I drank it 😂 Kinmon-nishiki from Shinshu Kamerei is pretty sweet 🍶.
Now all the sake I got is gone 🙌‼️
The aroma is elegant🎓.
I say this like a dorm head at the Eden School of SPY x FAMILY.

If I were to use an analogy, would it smell like white grape juice?
From the light shuwa feeling, there is a refreshing acidity that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei, and from there a juicy sweetness that is common in Kinmonishiki type sake. ❤️ It's very delicious 😋.
But for me it's very sweet 🤣.
