Tamitsu has become one of my favorites.
I've become a total fan 🥰.
Made with Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 15%.
Sake meter degree -3, Acidity 1.8 (reference)
After opening the bottle, the aroma is like a muskmelon with a more refined flavor.
When you put it in your mouth, it is fruity even though it is a draft sake, but it is rather clear and tight, easy to drink and the cup goes down smoothly.
The lingering aftertaste is sour and goes away quickly.
It is clear and very easy to drink because it is "Nakadori".
Perhaps it is because it is Omachi, but it has a good flavor.
