This is my first time drinking hiya, and while it's meant for warming, hiya also has a very well-rounded flavor and a relatively rich body for a Fushimi Otte sake brewery, making it extremely delicious!
It's also relatively rich and bodied for a Fushimi Otei sake brewery, so it's really good!
Kamima was featured in a TV show called "Oyaji Kyoto Drinking"!
I really want to go here!
