The aroma is subdued.
When I sipped it, I felt like a cat! YUM!
If it were fruit, it would be apple. But the taste is strong, with a smooth sweetness at first and then a bitterness to finish it off. It's sweet and delicious, but not sloppy. I love you, Mr. Yamamoto.
I should have bought the No. 7 yeast too. I regret that I should have compared the two.
I was feeling a little tired of Corona, but I was able to reset myself with some good sake, so I'm going to work hard tomorrow!
