In Hokuriku, the Tateyama Brewery is a major sake brewery that even people who do not drink sake know about. It is almost always on the menu at izakaya (Japanese style pubs).
This sake is very fruity, sweet and tasty, and easy to drink. The bitterness and acidity are moderate. In a word, it is elegant.
It has been a long time since I had tasted Tateyama, but it was a stable taste.
It went well with sashimi.
