My brother's homemade braised beef and crustaceans went well together 😋🍶 with the crustaceans we were able to procure at Josaien.
My brother and his wife tasted the rest of the bottle, which was emptied in no time - it was too easy to drink, probably due to the gasiness!
I preferred Miyamanishiki to Yamae Nishiki.
I would like to try Kinmon-nishiki and Hitogochi! 🤤
