The aroma is lactic acidic and choiseme type. The gasiness is quite weak this year.
Both sweet and sour are strong, but the sourness is more impressive. It is very tight.
The acidity is followed by umami at the end. The lingering aftertaste is full of acidity.
Stable Akabu. The taste is as good as expected. If it had been more shwashy, it might have greatly exceeded my expectations. My expectations for Akabu are already inflated.
