けにょIt's been a while since I've checked in, but I'm still buying and drinking sake at my own pace! I got a bottle of Saku 2021 Aizan, so I opened a bottle of Jikin Aizan to compare. Of the many Aizans I've drunk this year, the Zijima has a much drier taste, with a refreshing umami flavor that makes it easy to gulp down. I'm also looking forward to the nigori (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
