I drank up all of it before I knew it, this Daimine. I bought it at the end of the year.
The aroma is a pineapple of the capsule type. Gorgeous. The gasiness was a little bit at first....
Sweetness is impressive. Not much acidity, so the sweetness is quite predominant, but strangely easy to drink.
The sweetness is quickly quenched, and the bitterness is a bit strong at the end.
It was so easy to drink that it went down quickly, even though it was expensive.... It is sweet, but it is perfectly OK even during a meal.
I just don't think it's that cosy.
