I have been wanting to try "Morishima" for a long time. The aroma is sweet and fruity, and the mouthfeel is sweet too... The finish is crisp with just the right amount of bitterness! Nice...delicious! It also goes well with food...Enjoyed a good time with the summer stamina "Hamo-ten" and "Edamame" from a local farmer....

At home. I️haven't had Morishima for a long time, but this one has a sweetness and a slight sourness in the back of a gentle mouthfeel, and a clean aftertaste. It's always good to drink it.

100% Hitanishiki Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15%. It has a fresh gaseous taste typical of nama-shu, but it is refreshing. In Morishima, the red label of Hitachi Nishiki is labeled as dry with a moderate sweetness 😋. I've been cutting back a bit on sake lately, but it's still so good that I can't stop drinking it, so this time I put the sake bottle away in the fridge with only a glass saucer full 😅.

This is my favorite Morishima black label. This sake is made from Yamada-Nishiki, and is heated between bottles. I bought it without hesitation at my favorite liquor store because they said "Limited number in stock! I bought it without hesitation. Like all Morishima, it tastes fruity and gorgeous. All Morishima is delicious 😋.

Morishima Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 15% (undiluted) Sake meter degree: +2, Acidity: 1.6 (reference) The bottle was opened on April 28 and posted on May 17. This is the first Morishima! This is Morishima! I was interested in this sake after reading your comment. After opening the bottle, the aroma is soft and slightly sweet with a hint of gas and a fine, silky texture! Awesome! I also detected a thin hint of strawberry-like ginjo aroma! I was impressed by this alone 🤩. In the mouth, it has the fullness typical of Yamada-Nishiki, and the taste is elegant and sharp. It has a fresh, clean acidity and a pleasant dry aftertaste. I would like to drink this again! I'll do it! Morishii 🤣 Delicious! I bought a replacement for the broken glass... same one 🤣 because... it's easy to use... I wanted to buy the piccolo glass you bought, but I gave up on it because it's inevitable that I'll break it at home 😅.

In the mouth it is juicy and sweet like melon🍈 and at the end you can taste the umami and freshness with bitterness. With Nametakarei flounder. The elegant flavor of the flounder and the sweet sauce brings out the sweet and umami taste of this sake, and you can't help but say "ahhh". The slight bitterness is also a nice accent 😋. I've had Morishima several times. It's somewhat fizzy and has a balance of bitterness and sweetness, so the squid tempura is delicious 😋🍴💕. I'm going back for another drink.
