Very creamy and tasty. Cantaloupe, white chocolate, coconut cream, Swiss cheese, raw almond, stone.
Confidentially medium-plus sweet but with some interesting savoury notes. Pretty sweet but still feels mature. Deliciously creamy, but ends on a nutty more savoury finish with a surprising bitter note which isn’t overwhelming.
Truly delicious nigori brewed in the US in Berkeley, California. Proud that we can produce saké of this quality here!
