たいてい(大)吟醸酒のほうが美味しいと思うが、その純米酒はとても柔らか味があった。While I'm usually more partial to (dai)ginjo sake, this classic Junmai had a very soft taste.

Almost a sherry like almost oxidative nose a little sour a little nutty a little grainey. Medium almost robust palate would be nice with savory foods grilled meats stews etc
Initially a bit of a funky nose blows off a bit definitely still sour with some soft floral back notes plus a bit of toasted rice. Medium with longish finish slightly warmed apple notes with a bit of yogurt and bitter almost smoked finish
