I bought it on the recommendation of a liquor store that it is the oldest sake brewery in Yamagata Prefecture and is only distributed within Yamagata Prefecture.
It is a light dry sake with a refreshing taste, fruity and alcoholic, and has a good sharpness. It is quite good as a food sake.
