It's a warmed-up version of Torichou (*≧▽▽≦). The aroma is a bit dry, but it has a nice balance. It's a bit dry when you drink it, but it's a well-balanced drink.
We had cold tofu, fried Zuri and sashimi of octopus 🤗.
The master of this restaurant is a Carp fan, so the restaurant is full of Carp merchandise.
By the way, I'm a Hanshin fan (lol).
