I paired it with simmered karei (dried sardines).
The sake was lightly chilled. It was sweet! The sake-like bitterness and spiciness have completely disappeared, making it easy to drink!
Next time I drink it, I would like to drink it at room temperature to compare the difference with cold.

It's delicious! I was afraid I was going to drink too much sake. The sweetness of the sake could have made the stew a little more salty.
