Common during Obon season? Sake we received
Red. Wine color. There is no description, but it is probably junmai sake^^;.
I was a little excited to see the words "technical guidance from Tokyo University of Agriculture".
First, it was served at room temperature.
The aroma is sweet, and the taste is... sweet and sour or sweet.
The alcohol content is a bit much for the degree (14%), but the sweetness comes forward and tastes similar to ume (plum) wine.
Next, we will have it cold.
Well... let's see how it changes...

When drunk cold, the sweetness is a little lessened, and the balance is good! I can drink it quite smoothly.
I recommend drinking it cold.
