Fukuharasan's hanpukai
Gassy and slightly astringent from the sweetness of the grapes.
A little sweetness on the finish. There is acidity.
We enjoyed it with grilled salmon with butter, fried pork from Donkey's, and chilled tofu.
It seems to be a standard sake. I used to not like this sake with exploding acidity.
This is a sake I would like to repeat.
