Junmai-Ginjo Oriharami 1
Rice polishing rate: 50%, 16% alcohol by volume
This is the second Collage to be released after the Yamadanishiki from the Tojo area.
The blue letters on the Cardiff is a cool touch.
It looks like there is another "Erigarami Ichi".
When you open the package, it makes a nice sound.
The aroma is mild and banana-like.
When you put it in your mouth, the carbonation is pretty solid and bounces around in your mouth. It's comfortable.
I realized once again that I like fizzy drinks.
The sweetness is a little subdued, but the sweetness of the rice is strong.
It doesn't have a heavy texture of the origin.
Is it because of the foaming feeling?
The flavor is strong.
Then acidity and bitterness envelop the tongue, and the wine has a long finish.
It is neither fresh and refreshing, nor complex or heavy.
You can enjoy both the sake and the food in a well-balanced way without being too sharp.
The sense of foam is enjoyable.
In the afternoon on a holiday, a hollow drunk, surrounded by chilly air, sunshine, and a certain amount of flavor.
It's delicious.
Happy.
