はるしかGood luck, Ishikawa Prefecture! It must have been quite a while since I have had Tengu Mai. The yellowish appearance gave me an image of a fairly robust sake, but I was surprised when I took a sip. It is very fruity, has a moderate sweetness, and is quite easy to drink. The robustness and sharpness come later. It is a winner with salt chanko. ★★☆☆☆☆
